About the Shared House:
	Q: Can I meet the residents before moving in?
		A: We don't offer an opportunity to meet residents before your moving in day. However, you may have a chance to meet them if you take a look at the room.
	Q: Do I have to pay anything other than rent？
		A: No, except in the case of our property in Shinjuku, where we ask for 13,000Y per person per month. Rent includes all utility fees. The washer, dryer, shower and Internet PC are not coin-operated either.
	Q: What about a deposit？
		A: We don't require a deposit.
	Q: Will the company inform me about a currently occupied room when it becomes available?
		A: No, we're sorry but we can't inform you when a property you asked for in the past becomes vacant. Please check vacancies on the website by yourself or contact us by e-mail or phone call.

Reservation
	Q: How can I make a reservation?
		A: The standard one-time cleaning fee of 13,000Y should be sent to our bank account by bank-to-bank transfer. Reservation can't be made by phone call or e-mail, and we regret that we cannot accept payment by credit card.

About making a contract and moving in:
	Q: Can I stay at the Shared House for just one week?
		A: Sorry, but the standard term contract is one month.
	Q: Where can I make a contract with the company?
		A: At our office. The contract time is between 10 am and 5 pm, except our regular holiday, Wednesdays.
	Q: What should I bring for the contract?
		A: Your passport, alien registration ID (if you have it), and rent for the first month in cash.

About equipment and furniture:
	Q: What kind of furniture is provided in the room?
		A: Air-conditioner, Futon set, bed (for flooring room), desk and chair are installed in each room, except Japanese style rooms. You will also receive a small gift of amenity goods like you might find in a hotel when you move in.
	Q: How about the common area?
		A: The common areas are fully equipped with TV, Internet, air-conditioning, fridge, washer, vacuum cleaner, kitchen appliances, cupboards and furniture, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, kettle and pans, detergents, soap, trash can, slippers, toilet paper, etc.

About friends:
	Q: Can I invite my friends to the house?
		A: Yes. You can invite your friends (both male and female) to the house.
	Q: Can my friend stay the night in my room?
		A: No one except the person or persons named on the contract can stay in the house overnight. It is not allowed - even if the visitor offers to pay the accommodation fee.

Move out
	Q: What's the procedure for moving out？
		A: Because we don't ask for a deposit, there is no check-out inspection or any need for you to come to our office after giving your notice at least one month before. Simply put your key in the box provided and leave. The cleaning team will then prepare your room for the next occupant, but we request that you tidy the room before you leave, taking all belongings with you and leaving no rubbish behind.
	Q: Can I move out before the contract ends？
		A: Let us know one month in advance before you move out, please. However, any rent already paid is not refundable.
